刘志勤
前瑞士苏黎世州银行北京首席代表、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院高级研究员
 
刘志勤，就读于北京语言学院英语系（现在的北京语言文化大学），主学英语和汉语。毕业后，从事过工农商学兵的工作，在工厂，学校，国防工业等机构任职。上个世纪八十年代初曾赴美国波音公司和德国空中客车公司考察学习；1982年至1984年获德国政府奖学金赴德国法兰克福大学经济学院学习“国际贸易与金融管理”（研究生），有机会到德国著名银行和公司实习现代化管理；先后在德国魏玛机械设备公司担任中国部总经理从事进出口贸易；并在德国斯图加特银行，德国黑森州银行，奥地利第一银行担任中国市场代表；在瑞士苏黎世州银行担任北京代表处首席代表20余年,有丰富的国际贸易和国际金融领域的实践和理论经验。
    曾给许多报刊撰写各种评论文章数百篇，涉及经济，金融，社会，人生，法律，国际关系等领域，有的观点和提议获得国际和国内的广泛关注，特别是率先提出设立“孔子和平奖”，引起国内外舆论持续关注；于2012年元月提出的“要求美国改革开放”的提议，更是引发舆论和国际社会对崛起过程中的中国观点的热议。其专著《多嘴集》和《插嘴集》》于2014年7月，2015年11月出版。
    现在担任中国人民大学重阳金融研究院高级研究员，从事与国家重点政策，项目密切关联的研究，讨论。
 
Liu Zhiqin

Mr. Liu Zhiqin, graduated from Beijing Institute of Languages (Beijing University of Languages and Cultures), major in English and Chinese. Afterwards, he worked as worker, farmer, merchant, student and in the military. In early 1980’s, visited Boeing Company in the USA and Airbus Company in Germany.
Liu Zhiqin was awarded with government-supplied scholarship jointly by Germany and China, studied at Economic Institute of Frankfurt University as scholar from 1982 – 1984, in subject of International Trade/Finance Management as postgraduate. Whereas he made studies in German Banks and Multinational Companies in Germany . Then he worked as GM for China in WEMA Machinery Comp, and as representatives for Stuttgart LG Bank, Helaba Bank, and Erste Bank and as Chief Representative of (Swiss) Zuercher Kantonalbank for 20 years, with rich experiences and know how in theory and practice in trade and financial fields. Written hundreds of articles published in various medias , focusing on economy, finance, life, society, and state relations, hot issues, especially proposed “Confucius Peace Prize” and suggested USA to conduct necessary “reform and open-up policies” which broke hot discussions in international media. The Collection of articles named Duo Zui Ji and Cha Zui Ji were published in 2014 and 2015.
As Chief Fellow of Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Mr. Liu Zhiqin has bee focusing on state policy and state interests issues on macro-micro economic in China and the world.
